摘要
为了提高高速公路项目群机械资源管理效益,基于CPM网络进度计划,根据高速公路项目群各子项目各个工序总时差以及自由时差,结合各个工序机械使用情况,采用最优规划模型,实现了各子项目的机械配备量以及项目群的机械总配备量最少。以所有机械的调运距离和为优化目标,建立调运距离优化模型,实现了项目间机械调配的总调运距离最短。研究结果表明,通过各个子项目间机械的调配,降低了机械使用高峰期机械的使用量,优化了高速公路项目群机械配备量以及机械调运距离。
To improve the efficiency of the expressway programme of mechanical resource management, based on the CPM of the network schedule, as well as the TF and the FF of every processes of each project in the expressway programme, combined with the usage of machinery in every processes of each project, the optimal planning model is used, to achieve the machine equipped with a minimum amount of each sub project, as well as the expressway programme. All the mechanical transportation distance as optimization objectives, es- tablishing the optimization model of transportation distance, to made the shortest total distance of the machinery dispatching between each sub project. The results show that through the deployment of machinery between sub projects, reducing the volume of the machinery during peak use, and realizing the optimization of expressway programme of mechanical quantity and transportation distance.
