摘要
水资源价值系统是一个模糊且复杂的系统,主要有三方面的要素构成:自然因素、经济因素、社会因素。以淄川区为例,选取了9个评价指标作为评价要素,用模糊综合评判法对水资源价值进行了评价,并估算了水资源的价格。
The system of water resource value is a fuzzy and complicated system, consisting of natural factor, economic factor and social factor. Take Ziehuan district for example, we choose nine indexes as evaluation factors, and evaluate the water resource value in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, furthermore estimate the price of water resources.
