摘要 报道1例以言语障碍为主要表现的肾病综合征并发急性大面积脑梗死病人,结合文献复习,了解肾病综合征并发脑梗死的常见部位、发病机制、治疗以及预后情况,以提高对该病的认识,指导治疗。
