摘要
针对某电厂一台600MW亚临界汽轮发电机组首次启动成功,但第2、3次由于振动大而启动失败的问题,通过对机组启动的运行参数及振动数据进行分析,认为振动大的主要原因是在热态启动过程中,转子发生弯曲。通过盘车消除转子弯曲以及制定针对性的启动措施,使机组再次成功启动,对其他机组启动方式具有借鉴意义。
For a 600 MW subcritical Turbo-generator Unit, the first start-up succeed, but the second and the third start-up failed due to the vibration was too large. By analyzing the operating parameters and the vibration data, the result that the rotor was bending was proposed. When the bending restored to normal through barring and then some measures were taken,the fourth start-up succeed. There is reference significance for other units' start-up.
