新疆于田县双语教师及其发展问题探究

A Probe into the Bilingual Teachers in Yutian County and Their Professional Development

我国高素质教师队伍建设的关键是提高广大农村教师队伍的整体素质。在此大背景下,文章选取新疆和田地区于田县农村中小学双语教师为调查对象,探寻于田县农村中小学双语教师队伍和专业发展现状,发现制约双语教师专业发展存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施,以期为新疆农村双语教师队伍建设提供可资借鉴的依据。

The key to the building of a team of high-quality teaching staff is to promote the professional development of the teachers in rural areas. This paper makes an investigation of the current situation and professional development of the bilingual teachers of primary and middles schools in the country of Yutian County, Hetian region, and on the basis of which, it points out the problems restricting those teachers＇ professional development and puts forward relevant measures to deal with them.
