基于SWOT-AHP量化分析的湘西州旅游业发展战略研究——以浦市古镇为例

Research on the Development Strategy of Xiangxi Tourism based on SWOT-AHP Quantitative Analysis——Taking the Ancient Town of Pushi as an Example

近年来,湘西州旅游扶贫效果明显,浦市古镇拥有丰富的旅游资源,但相对周边县市的旅游发展而言,其旅游业发展却十分滞后。基于SWOT-AHP模型分别从定性和定量的角度对影响浦市古镇旅游业发展的各个因素进行分析,发现影响浦市古镇旅游业发展的最重要的因素分别有独特的非物质文化、历史底蕴深厚、政府政策支持等。鉴于此,浦市古镇旅游业发展应重点采取OS战略,既要充分依托自身的独特优势与外在环境所提供的机会,又要加强对自身所面临威胁的重视程度,使浦市古镇的旅游业发展得更好更快。

The tourism poverty alleviation effect is obvious, the town has rich tourism resources, but relative to the surrounding counties and cities in terms of tourism development, its tourism development is lagging behind. The SWOT-AHP model were used to analyze the factors of influence on the Pushi ancient town tourism development from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative based, found that the most important factors affecting the development of Pushi ancient town tourism has unique intangible cultural and historical heritage, government policy support, in view of this, the development of tourism industry in Pu the city should adopt the OS strategy, we should fully rely on their own unique advantages and external environment provided by the opportunity, but also strengthen the degree of attention to the threat, the Pushi ancient town tourism development better and more quickly.
