摘要 将轨检小车和三维激光扫描仪相结合,进行运营期的地铁隧道断面快速测量,相对传统方法,显著提高了测量效率和测量精度。介绍了Faro Focus 3D扫描仪和螺旋扫描模式,给出了坐标转换的算法和步骤、断面提取算法、断面拟合算法和特定信息的提取方法,结合具体实验对这种变形监测方法的可行性进行了分析,并对后续工作进行了展望。 In this paper,the rail detection car and 3Dlaser scanner are combined to carry out the operation of the subway tunnel section rapid measurement.Compared to the traditional methods,this method significantly improves the measurement efficiency and accuracy.This paper introduces the Faro Focus 3Dscanner and helical scanning mode,and gives the algorithms and steps of coordinate transformation,section extraction algorithm,section fitting algorithm and specific information extraction method.It also combined with specific experiments to analyze the feasibility of this deformation monitoring method and look forward to the future work.
