摘要
充分研究现场地质的不利条件,针对工作面进行了控顶设计,确定了初放及正常回采期间综采支架的支护参数;同时综合应用数值模拟和理论研究得出了工作面支承压力、采场围岩塑性区分布规律;然后利用理论分析与现场实测相结合的研究方法,确定了钱营孜煤矿3_212工作面基本顶初次来压步距和基本顶周期来压步距,并对直接顶和基本顶进行了分类,为3_212工作面矿压控制、两巷超前支护及该矿类似条件下其他工作面安全开采提供了参考。
In this paper , the unfavorable condition of field geology is full studied to carry out design of the roof control in working face, and the supporting parameters of support in fully mechanized caving face during first and normal mining are determined . At the same time , the numerical simulation and theoretical research are used to obtain the abutment pressure of working face and the distribution law of the surrounding rock plastic zone, and then using the theoretieal analysis and research methods combined with the field actual measurement, the first weighting interval and periodic weighting interval of basic roof in No.3212 working face of Qianyingzi coal mine are determined , and the classification of immediate roof and basic roof is carried out, it may provide an useful references for roek pressure control of No. 3212 working face , advance support of both roadways and the safety mining of other working face under the similar conditions of mine.
