摘要
金属锚杆托盘原冲孔成型工艺由人工手动上料、送、取料和打捆包装,需3名职工协同作业,劳动强度高、效率低、质量不稳定,且安全事故多发。锚杆托盘冲孔成型自动送、取料装置采用PLC自动控制,气缸驱动送、取料,将操作工肢体与运动的危险部位彻底隔离,既保证了操作安全,又提高了作业连续性、稳定性和准确性。该装置投用后,减少了两名操作工,且生产效率提高了40%,并从根本上杜绝了生产安全事故。
The original punching forming process of metal bolt tray is realized by manual feeding, loading , packing and 3 workers , thus there are high labor intensity, low efficiency, unstable quality, and many safety accidents. The punching forming device of bolt tray for automatic feeding and fetching with PLC automatic control, cylinder driving may separate the body of operator from the dangerous parts of movement completely , it not only ensures the safe operation, but also improves the continuity , stability and accuracy of operation . After the device is put into use, two operators are decreased and the production efficiency is improved by 40%, and the production safety accident is eradicated fundamentally .
