System debugging problems and solutions in Jinyuan coal preparation plant

金源选煤厂在调试过程中遇到诸如三产品旋流器堵塞频繁、分选效果差、工艺管道堵塞、浮选入料池液位不稳定等问题,结合现场实际,简要分析了存在的问题、原因及解决方法,为同类型选煤厂设计、安装、调试和运行提供点滴借鉴。

In the process of debugging , Jinyuan coal product cyclone blockage frequently, poor sorting effect preparation plant encountered problems such as three , process pipe blockage and level instability of flotation feed tank . In this paper combined with the field actual situation , a the existing problems , causes and solutions are briefly analyzed in order to provide references for design , installation debugging and operation of the similar coal preparation plant.
