倾斜煤层工作面末采工艺创新

摘要 对肖家洼煤矿8煤首采工作面110801末采工程,采用煤机扩刷回撤通道末采工艺,即工作面回采至停采线前4.2 m,煤机直接进行割煤扩刷,形成回撤通道。应用聚酯纤维柔性网对通道顶板进行一次加强支护,形成满足工作面设备回撤的通道。该工艺大大节约末采成本,实现了矿井综合效益的最大化,为国内同类型矿井倾斜煤层工作面末采工作提供了技术参考。 In the process of final mining of No.110801working face in No.8 coal seam in Xiaojiawa coal mine, the final mining technology is used by expanding brush of withdrawal channel , i.e. if mining face is expanding brush to line 4.2 m before stopping line , the anchoring head of scraper conveyor connected with push rod of the hydraulic support is removed, and the single scraper conveyor is used and frame shift of support is no longer with the advance of working face , the coal winning machine may carry out direct coal cutting and expansion brush, and finally the withdrawal channel is formed. If the shearer each cuts a knife, the roof of channel may be reinforced by the flexible polyester fiber mesh support, and after the channel expansion brush, the channel side is supported, finally the scraper conveyor is retraced to form the retracement channel of equipment in working face. This channel can greatly save the cost of final mining and realize the maximization of comprehensive benefit of mine, and it provides technical references for the same type of coal mine.
