如果把物质和精神视为人类生产生活的两大领域、两大目标和特征的话,那么当今世界,信息化、数字化、智能化、网络化对人类生产、生活的高度渗透和全面介入,则正在并已经改变了物质和精神在人类生产、生活中的地位和作用,这个改变标示着人类已迈入一个精神凸显的新时代、新文明。新的文明时代呼唤自由、向上、开放的健康精神。社会主义核心价值观作为新文明时代的核心价值观,既是健康精神培育的文化动力,又为健康精神提供了时代范型。

If the material and the spiritual are seen as the two fields, two goals and characteristics of hu- man production and human life, nowadays, the overall penetration of information, digital, intelligence and net- work into human production and human life is changing and has changed the role of the material and the spir- itual in the two fields, which means man has stepped into a new age with a new civilization stressing the spir- itual. The new age calls for free, open and upward mental health. As the core values of the new civilized age, the socialist core values serve as both a cultural impetus and an epochal model for mental health.
