效率视角下装备制造各子行业竞争力差异性研究——基于辽宁省面板数据的实证研究

On the Competitiveness Difference Intra Equipment Manufacturing Sub-Industry in Liaoning Province:Based on DEA-Malmquist Index Analysis Model

研究运用DEA-Malmquist指数分析方法从效率视角对辽宁省7项装备制造各子行业竞争力进行评价,并在此基础上采用多指标面板聚类方法对辽宁省装备制造业在"十一五"至"十二五"时期分别进行聚类分析,进一步探究不同规划阶段内各装备制造行业竞争力变化特征及其影响因素。研究表明在2006~2014年间仅有通用装备制造业表现出良好的资源集约利用率,而其他6大装备制造行业的生产效率均呈现不同程度的下降趋势,为日后对不同类型装备制造业制定贴合自身发展特征的产业政策提供参考和理论依据。

Utilizing the DEA-Malmquist index analysis method, the author evaluates the competitiveness of seven equipment manufacturing sub-industries in Liaoning province from the perspective of efficiency. Based on the analysis, the muhifactor cluster method is used to analyze the equipment manufacturing in Liaoning province during the 1 lth and 12th five-year-plan periods. It＇s indicated that the trends of competi- tive characteristics and influence factors are related to competitiveness. Research shows that, from 2006 to 2014, only the general equipment manufacturing shows up the good condition of intensive utilization of re- sources while the other six sub-industries are considered to he undesirable, or even worse, in varying degrees of decline. Nonetheless, the article attempts to provide targeted suggestions and strategies for equipment man- ufacturing sub-industries in Liaoning province.
