环境空气自动监测质量智能成效审核技术研究与应用

Development and application of intelligent performance audit technology of ambient air automatic monitoring quality

空气质量自动监测质量成效审核,是对日常运行自动监测系统的分析仪器准确性、辅助设施的正常性、日常维护的正确性等多方面进行质量监督检查,从而判断整个监测系统的质量,是监测网络质量保证的重要的部分。本文结合了中国环境监测总站、广东省环境监测中心、香港环保署和台湾环保署的相关要求,研发了自动监测质量智能成效审核技术,应用于广州市40个空气质量发布点的监测质量保证,推动了广州市环境空气自动监测网的监测质量的进一步提高,取得了良好的效果。

Performance audit is an importance method as the part of quality assurance in air quality monitoring network, which audits the accuracy of instruments, normality of auxiliary equipment, validity of routine maintenance etc. Intelligent technology was developed and applied by studying the relative requirements of CNEMC, GDMEC, HKEPD and TWEPD. It has been applied to audit the quality of 40 sites in Guangzhou air quality monitoring network, whic achieves good results.
