摘要
泛在知识环境下,要赢得更多用户,高校图书馆服务模式转型势在必行。基于对高校图书馆诵读用户群体的访谈与部分高校图书馆员网络调查发现:诵读是一种文化基因,是大学生学习生活的一部分;高校图书馆诵读现象普遍存在;高校图书馆在空间设计中,没有完全考虑用户真实体验;嵌入用户的服务理念,并未根植馆员心里。根据以上调查结论,文章从物理空间、嵌入理念、用户需求、服务目的四个维度,对空间嵌入服务模式进行探讨。
In the ubiquitous knowledge environment, It is imperative for university library to change service model to win more customers. Based on the interviews with some oral reading users and surveys with university librarians on line, this paper got some conclusions as follows: Reading was a cultural gene, and was part of the life for university students; Oral reading was widespread in university library; The users’ experiences were not be fully considered in the space design; The idea of embedded users did not root in librarian heart. Based on the above findings, it discussed the space embedded service model from four dimensions including physical space, the idea of embedded, user needs and service purpose.
