胃黏膜癌变过程中RRM1和CDX2表达及相关性 被引量:3

摘要 目的:检测RRM1、CDX2在不同胃黏膜组织中的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法:收集胃癌90例,高级别上皮内瘤变、低级别上皮内瘤变、肠上皮化生、浅表性胃炎、正常胃黏膜各30例,共240例。采用S-P免疫组化方法对所有组织检测RRM1、CDX2表达,并进行分析。结果:(1)胃癌、高级别上皮内瘤变、低级别上皮内瘤变组RRM1的阳性表达率分别为86.7%、83.3%、83.3%,均高于浅表性胃炎组的66.7%(P<0.05)和肠上皮化生组的33.3%(P<0.01),浅表性胃炎组66.7%高于肠上皮化生组的33.3%(P<0.05);高级别上皮内瘤变、肠上皮化生、胃癌组的CDX2的阳性表达率分别为76.7%,63.3%、61.1%,均高于低级别上皮内瘤变组的33.3%(P<0.05)和浅表性胃炎组的0(P<0.01)。(2)210例不同胃黏膜病变中,RRM1与CDX2二者之间表达呈正相关(rs=0.352,P=0.000),90例胃癌中RRM1与CDX2二者之间呈正相关关系(rs=0.223,P=0.034)。结论:RRM1、CDX2表达均与胃癌的发生发展有关,二者可作为较为理想的肿瘤标志物,用于胃癌早期诊断的预警。 Objective: To detect the expression of RRM1 and CDX2, in different gastric mucosa lesions and esplore its clinical significance. Methods:Expression of RRM1 and CDX2 was detected in 6 groups of different gastric tissues 90 cases of gastric cancer,30 cases of high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, 30 cases of low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia, 30 cases of intestinal metaplasia, 30 cases of superficial gastritis,30 cases of normal gastric mucosa using immunohistochemistry SP method by the correlation analysis. Results:(1) The positive expression rate of RRM1 in gastric cancer group, high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia group and low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia group were 86. 7% ,83. 3%and 83. 3%,respectively. Any one of the was higher than at superficial gastritis group which was 66. 7%(P〈0. 05) and at in- testinal metaplasia group which was 33. 3% (P〈0. 01). The 66. 7% of superficial gastritis group was higher than 33. 3% of intestinal metaplasia group(P〈0. 05);The positive expression rate of CDX2 in high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia group,intestinal metaplasia group and gastric cancer group were 76. 7%, 63. 3 % and 61. 1 %, respectively. Any one of the was higher than at low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia group which was 66. 7%(P〈0. 05) and superficial gastritis group which was 0(P〈0. 01). (2)The expression of RRM1 in 210 cases of different Gastric Mucosa Lesions was positively correlated with CDX2(rs =0. 352 ,P=0. 000,P〈0. 01). The expression of RRM1 In 90 cases of gastric cancer was positively correlated with CDX2(rs=0. 223,P=0. 034,P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The expression of RRM1 and CDX2 is related to the development of gastric cancer. Hence,both of them can be used as ideal tumor markers for early diagnosis of gastric cancer.
