使用含有促凝剂采血试管对患者血液中电解质和肾功能检测的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨使用含有促凝剂的采血试管对患者血液中电解质和肾功能检测的影响。方法:以300例需要进行电解质和肾功能检查患者为研究对象,患者在清晨空腹情况下抽取血液样本,对比采集患者血液样本后,放置于含有与不含有促凝剂的试管,比较其对实验结果的影响。结果:120例电解质检查患者中,有74例患者的K、Na、Pi、Cl、Ca、Mg数值相同,K、Na、Pi、Cl、Ca、Mg的相同率为61.67%(74/120);180例肾功能检查患者中,有115例患者的总蛋白(total protein,TP)、CO_2、血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制物C(cystatin C,CysC)、血清肌酐(creatinine,CREA)、尿酸(uric acid,UA)、白蛋白(albumin,ALB)数值相同,TP、CO_2、CysC、CREA、UA、ALB的相同率为63.89%(115/180);无论是进行肾功能还是电解质检查,使用与不使用促凝剂试管检测的部分结果不同,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在对血液进行电解质和肾功能检查中,使用促凝剂与否对检查结果仅在部分指标上会产生不同,但整体无差异,值得在临床上进行推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the effects of blood sampling tubes containing coagulants on blood electrolyte and renal function testss. Methods: 300 patients who needed electrolytes and renal function tests for fasting blood samples early in the morning were selected. After blood samples being collected, the effects of blood sampling tubes containing coagulants and without coagulants on experimental results were analyzed. Results: Among the 120 patients with electrolyte examination, 74 patients had the same values of K, Na, Pi, C1, Ca and Mg, and the same rate of K, Na, Pi, C1, Ca, Mg , which was 61.67 % (74 / 120) ; Among the 180 patients with renal function test, 115 patients had the same values of Treponemiapallidum (TP) , C02, Cystatin C(CysC) , creatinine (CREA) , Uric Acid (UA) and albumin (ALB) and the same rate of TP, CO2, CysC, CREA, UA, ALB , which was 63.89 % ( 115/180. Whether coagulants were used in blood sampling tubes for renal function tests or e- lectrolyte examination, there were only subtle differences, which were not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: The use of coag- ulants in blood electrolytes and renal function tests may result in subtle differences in only some indicators of the final results, worthy of promotion in clinical application.
