HPV在宫颈炎、宫颈癌前病变、宫颈癌中的分布情况及其临床意义

The distribution of HPV in cervicitis,cervical precancerous lesions,cervical cancer and its clinical significance

目的:探讨人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)在女性宫颈炎、宫颈癌前病变、宫颈癌的分布情况及其临床检测意义。方法:选择宫颈炎、宫颈癌前病变、宫颈癌病例各300例为研究对象,采用宫颈脱落细胞刮片法检查患者HPV阳性率,采用PCR法检测患者HPV基因水平。结果:宫颈癌前病变组、宫颈癌组HPV阳性率和HPV基因水平均高于宫颈炎组(P<0.05),宫颈癌组HPV阳性率和HPV基因水平均高于癌前病变组(P<0.05)。结论:在宫颈炎、宫颈癌前病变、宫颈癌发病中均有HPV存在,尤其在宫颈癌患者中HPV的阳性率和基因水平相对较高,可以通过检测HPV初步判断患者宫颈病变情况。

Objective ： To explore the distribution of human papilloma virus （HPV） in cervicitis, cervical precancerous lesions, cervical cancer and its clinical significance. Methods： Patients were divided into the cervicitis group, the cervical precancerous lesions group and the cervical cancer, 300 cases in every group. The positive rate of HPV was examined by the scraping method of cervical exfoliated cells and the levels of HPV were detected by the PCR method. Results： The positive rates and the levels of HPV in the cervical precancerous lesions group and the cervical cancer group were higher than those in the cervicitis group（ P 〈 0.05 ） . The positive rates and the levels of HPV in the the cervical cancer group were higher than those in the cervical precancerous lesions group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： There exists HPV in cervicitis, cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer. The positive rate and the levels of HPV in patients with cervical cancer were relatively higher. Cervical lesions can be initially diagnosed by HPV detection.
