血小板参数与糖尿病微血管病变的相关性分析

The relevance analysis between platelet parameters and diabetes microangiopathy

目的:研究血小板参数与糖尿病微血管病变的相关性。方法:选择糖尿病微血管病变患者85例为观察组,以糖尿病无微血管病变患者95例为对照组,比较两组患者的空腹血糖水平和平均血小板体积、血小板计数、血小板压积、血小板分布宽度,分析血小板参数与糖尿病微血管病变之间的相关性。结果:两组空腹血糖水平和血小板压积相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组血小板计数低于对照组(P<0.05),血小板分布宽度、平均血小板体积高于对照组(P<0.05);血小板计数与空腹血糖水平呈负相关(r=-0.26,P<0.05),血小板分布宽度与平均血小板体积、空腹血糖水平呈正相关(r=0.21,P<0.05,r=0.13,P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病微血管病变患者的血小板参数表现异常,血小板计数降低,血小板分布宽度和平均血小板体积升高,对糖尿病患者的血小板参数进行检测有助于判断微血管病变的发生情况。

Objective ：To explore the relevance between platelet parameters and diabetes microangiopathy. Methods： 85 cases of diabetic mi- croangiopathy were collected as study group, and 95 cases of diabetes without microangiopathy as control group, with the fasting blood glucose level and mean platelet volume, platelet count, platelet volume and platelet distribution width compared. The relevance between platelet parameters and diabetic microangiopathy was analyzed with Pearson. Results： The difference of fasting blood glucose level and mean platelet volume between the two groups was not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; and the platelet count of the study group was lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; in ad- dition, the platelet volume and platelet distribution width of the study group was higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. By Person cor- relation analysis, the platelet count was negatively correlated with the level of fasting blood glucose （ r = - 0.26, P 〈 0.05 ）, and platelet distribu- tion width and platelet volume was positively correlated with the level of fasting blood glucose （ r = 0.21, P 〈 0.05; r = 0.13, P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion ： The platelet parameters of patients with diabetic microangiopathy are abnormal, in which platelet count decreases, while platelet distribu- tion width and mean platelet volume increase obviously. Detection of platelet parameters in patients with diabetes contributes to the estimation of the status of microvascular disease.
