临床护理路径在老年全髋关节置换患者围手术期中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway to total hip replacement in elderly patients during the perioperative period

目的:观察临床护理路径在老年全髋关节置换患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法:将100例老年全髋关节置换患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用全髋关节置换临床护理路径的综合护理。结果:观察组患者住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者髋关节Harris功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),而护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取临床护理路径对老年全髋关节置换术患者进行护理,能够缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度,改善髋关节功能。

Objective：To explore the application effect of clinical nursing path （CNP） on total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients during the perioperative period, nethods：100 cases of aged qualified subjects, were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, the control group given routine nursing care, and the observation group by CNP of standardized comprehensive nursing for total hip arthroplasty. Re- suits：The patients＇satisfaction 1 month after surgery, and Harris hip function score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant difference between the two groups, with the incidence of complications lower and the hospital stay shorter in the observation group than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The CNP for the clinical treatment of elderly patients with total hip replacement enables shorter hospital stay, higher degree of satisfaction for nursing care and the improvement of hip function.
