针对性护理在手术联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕的效果

Effect of targeted nursing care of infertile patients in the surgical treatment of endometriosis combined with drugs

目的:探讨针对性护理应用于手术联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者的效果。方法:选取160例子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者,所有患者均经手术联合药物治疗,随机分为观察组(常规护理加针对性护理)和对照组(常规护理)各80例,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scole,VAS)、月经恢复时间、盆腔包块发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),妊娠率、满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对性护理在手术联合药物治疗子宫内膜异位症伴不孕患者中效果明显,可有效减轻疼痛,提高妊娠率及患者满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the effect of targeted nursing care of infertile patients in the surgical treatment of endometriosis combined with drugs. Methods： 160 cases of infertile patients with endometriosis who were treated by surgery combined with drug therapy were randomly divided into observation group （conventional care ＋ targeted care） and control group （conventional care）, 80 cases in each group. The clinical efficacies between the two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The VAS score, menstruation recovery time and occurrence rate of pelvic mass in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the pregnancy rate and satisfaction degree in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The effect of targeted nursing of infertile patients in the surgical treatment of endometriosis combined with drugs is re- markable. It can effectively reduce the pain and improve pregnancy rate and patients＇satisfactory degrees, hence it is worthy of clinical promotion.
