优质护理对老年重症脑出血患者疗效及满意度的影响

The influence of high-grade nursing on clinical effect and satisfaction degree of elderly patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage

目的:研究优质护理对老年重症脑出血患者应用效果以及对患者满意度的影响。方法:选择患者160例随机分为两组,各80例,对照组采用常规护理干预措施,观察组采用优质护理干预措施,均采用FIM评分对患者的自理能力进行评定、采用Barthel评分对患者的生活质量进行评定,并对患者的护理满意度进行评估。结果:两组护理后的FIM评分和Barthel评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组升高更为明显(P<0.05);观察组的总满意率为91.25%(73/80),高于对照组的71.25%(57/80)(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理可以有效改善老年重症脑出血患者的自理能力和生活质量,提高患者的护理满意度,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective：To explore the influence of high - grade nursing on clinical effect and satisfaction degree of elder patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage. Methods ：160 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with high - grade nursing inter- vention and routine nursing intervention given, respectively. FIM score and Barthel score were used to evaluate the self- care ability, life quality and degree of satisfaction in the two groups respectively. Results：The scores of FIM and Barthel in the two groups significantly increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The degree of satisfaction in the observation group was 91.25 % （73/80）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （71.25 %, P 〈0.05）, Conclusion： High - grade nursing could improve the life quality and self - care ability of elderly patients with severe cerebral hemorrhage effectively, and en- hance patients＇degree of satisfaction, which is of high application value.
