实施学分制后本科毕业实习中出现的问题及对策研究

Research on problems and countermeasures of undergraduate's graduation practice after the implementation of credit system

目的:了解实施学分制后预防医学专业本科毕业实习中出现的问题,针对问题提出相应的对策。方法:以实施学分制改革的2011级预防医学专业毕业实习的学生作为调查对象,通过问卷的形式对学生毕业实习期间时间分配、实习基地选择情况等进行调查;通过教师座谈会的形式对本科毕业实习改革实施过程中出现的问题进行探讨。结果:实施学分制后,存在毕业实习时间仍然较短,毕业实习与就业、公务员考试、研究生考试的时间冲突,在基地进行专题实习的学生毕业论文质量有待提高,学生对毕业实习总体过程认识不足等问题。结论:针对出现的问题,预防医学专业本科毕业实习学分制改革还需从合理设置培养方案、加强毕业论文质量等方面进一步改进。

Objective：To find out the problems arising in the graduation practice for Preventive Medicine majors after the implementation of credit system and work out a series of countermeasures as well. Methods： Preventive Medicine majors were enrolled in the year of 2011 as investigation objects and based on questionnaires, the situation of time distribution during graduation practice, choices of practice places, etc. was surveyed ; through holding meetings, the problems during the reform of undergraduate~ graduation practice were explored and discussed among teachers. Results： After the implementation of credit system, the graduation practice remains a short -time span; there exist timing conflicts among graduation practice, job hunting, civil service examination, and undergraduate qualifying examination; the qual- ity of dissertations written by graduates should be improved; graduates lack an overall understanding of the process of the practice. Conclusion： In view of the problems mentioned above, the reform of the credit system directed at undergraduate graduation practice should be improved in terms of setting up a reasonable training scheme and improving the quality of graduation dissertations.
