摘要
研究了活性炭对Lyocell纤维生产凝固浴色度的去除情况,探讨了活性炭用量和吸附时间对Lyocell纤维生产凝固浴脱色率的影响,并从动力学角度探讨了吸附机理。结果表明,活性炭对Lyocell纤维生产凝固浴的吸附过程符合拟二级吸附速率方程,以物理吸附为主,拟合的模型为了解其吸附途径和吸附机理提供了依据。
The removal of chromaticity ability of activated carbvon (AC) to the coagulation bath for Lyocell fiber pro- duction in aqeous solution was studied.The effects of the AC dose and time on the color removal of the coagulation bath for Lyocell fiber production were investigated, and accordingly the optimal operating conditions were derermined, and adsorption mechanism was focused on from kinetics point of view. The results showed that the adsorption process of the activated carbon on the Lyocell fiber in the coagulation bath followed a. pseudo second-order kinetic rate equation , which indicated that it belong to physics adsorption, the fitted model of the adsorption provided a basis for us to understand the approach and the theory of adsorption.
