摘要
介绍了高强度玻璃纤维在国内外的发展脉络,拉丝法、离心法以及吹喷法3种制备工艺方法,并以离心法和吹喷法联合制备为例给出了制备工艺流程。航空航天、国防军事及警用器材、一般民用工业以及纺织工业为高强度玻璃纤维4个主要应用领域。并指出高强度玻璃纤维存在问题及发展趋势。
The development venation, preparation methods of wire drawing, centrifugal and blowing of high strength glass fiber were introduced in this paper. And the technological process of the preparation of high strength glass fiber by centrifugal and blowing method was presented. Aerospace, national defense, military and police equipment, general civilian industry and textile industry are the four main applications of high strength glass fiber. Some suggestions on the development of high strength glass fiber were put forward.
