摘要
采用二甲基甲酰胺95℃溶解法、二甲基甲酰胺70℃溶解法、拆分法对不同类型的棉氨混纺产品进行定量测试,并对比不同方法计算得出的氨纶净干含量百分比。结果表明,在织物条件允许的情况下,70℃比95℃二甲基甲酰胺中溶解得到的氨纶值更接近真实值,并且考虑能源的节约与利用,可以选择70℃水浴二甲基甲酰胺对织物中棉和氨纶含量进行测定。
The quantitative analysis of different types of cotton and ammonia blended products was carried out by dissolving dimethylformamide at 95℃, dissolving method of dimethylformamide at 70 ℃, and comparing the different methods to calculate the net dry content of spandex percentage.
