泡沫玻璃废料制品抗压性能检测设备的设计

摘要 抗压性能是泡沫玻璃废料制品的关键性能之一。由于泡沫玻璃废料制品的强度较低,一般在电子万能材料试验机进行检测。在检测泡沫玻璃废料制品抗压强度时,由于产品的上下表面的平行度较差,检测设备的底板和上压板不能完全和泡沫玻璃废料制品贴合,而是局部受压,造成测试的抗压强度不准确。通过对该设备的检测装置进行改进设计,采用上压板实时浮动调节功能,检测时可使上压板与检测的泡沫玻璃废料制品的上表面完全贴合,达到满足准确测量其抗压强度的条件。 Compression property is one of the key properties of foam glass waste products, because of its low strength, generally in electronic universal material testing machine. In the detection of the compressive strength of foam glass waste products, because of the poor parallelism of the product surface, the bottom plate and top board of the test equipment can not be fully fitted with foam glass waste products, but local compression, resulting in inaccurate compressive strength of the test. Through the improvement design of the device detection device, using the pressure plate real-time floating adjustment function, the pressure plate is fully integrated with the surface surface of the detected foam glass product, to meet the conditions of accurately measuring the compressive strength.
