5S现场管理从引入到现在,已从最初单纯的生产现场,应用到企业、医院、学校、服务业等各领域,受到越来越广泛的关注和认可。本文从点检的角度论述5S中"清扫"的目的和意义,以及如何开展"清扫"活动,如何让"清扫"活动发挥更大的作用。

5S field management , from the introduction to the present , has been used for the management of enterprises , hospitals , schools , service and other business since its initial simple production site and has been received more and more attention and recognition. In this paper, the purpose and significance of＂cleaning＂ in 5S were discussed from the point of view of checking. It is pointed out the ways that how to carry out the ＂cleaning＂ activities , how to make ＂cleaning＂ activities play a greater role.
