纯电动客车传动系建模与仿真

Modeling and Simulation of Transmission System of Battery Electric Bus

摘要 纯电动客车因为零排放和低噪声等优点已经成为汽车工业发展的重点项目,纯电动客车传动系的设计影响着全车性能的好坏。该文分析了纯电动客车动力核心部件电动机和蓄电池的数学模型,建立了纯电动客车蓄电池、电动机、传动系、车身及纯电动客车的整车仿真模型,利用ADVISOR软件进行了仿真测试,测试结果显示建立的纯电动客车仿真模型续驶里程长、电池蓄能时间长,为纯电动客车传动系的设计研发奠定了基础。 Developing the battery electric bus has become the important project in the automotive industry development due to the advantages of zero emission and low noise. The design of battery electric bus transmission system affects the whole vehicle's performance. This paper analyzes the mathematical model of the motor and batter)." that are tbe core parts in the transmission system, the models of the battery, the motor, the transmission system, the body and the complete vehicle are established and tested using ADVISOR software. The test results show that the models that are established present the long extended range, long time energy accumulation, providing the foundation for the development of the battery, electric bus transmission system.
