摘要
为了解决某车型在整车热平衡试验过程中,特定工况下出现的液压动力转向系统转向油液温度过高影响转向系统性能的问题,通过分析导致油温过高的主要原因,确定采用加长转向回油管长度,并增大转向回油管在整车迎风面的散热面积方案,该方案经整车热平衡台架试验及实车验证,能有效的将转向油液温度降低到设计要求的范围内,解决了转向油液油温过高的问题。为今后转向系统的开发及转向管路的优化布置提供了有效的参考。
In order to solve the problem of hydraulic power in specific conditions of vehicle thermal balance test that is caused by the high temperature of steering hydraulic oil on steering system performance, the solution is determined by lengthening the steering oil return pipe and expanding the dissipation area on the vehicle windward area through analyzing the main reason of the hydraulic nil overheat, this solution can greatly drop the temperature of steering hydraulic oil to the range that is specified by the design through the vehicle thermal balance bench test and the actual vehicle test, completely solve the problem of high temperature of steering hydraulic oil. It provides an effective reference for the future development of the steering system and the optimization of the steering pipeline.
