摘要
汽车密封条的结构和在使用过程中的受力变形情况对整车密封性和车门关闭效果具有重要影响,因此在设计前期预先对密封条的结构和受力变形情况进行分析优化就显得很有必要。文章利用ANSYS软件以某车型密封条为例,利用非线性有限元技术对其进行了分析,最终使密封条的压缩负荷控制在(2.5±1.5)N范围内,满足了设计目标要求。
The structure and deformation of the vehicle seal strip have an important influence on the vehicle sealing performanee and the door closing effect, so it is necessary to analyze and optimize the structure and deformation of the sealing strip in the early design stage. In this paper, the vehicle seal strip is taken as an example, and the nonlinear finite element method based on ANSYS software is used to analyze it. Finally, the compression load of the seal strip is eontrolled in the range of (2.5±1.5) N, which meets the design requirements.
