摘要
电控自动离合器系统属于一种新型系统,可替代手动挡,并可以实现部分自动挡功能,国内量产车型上尚无研发先例,在研发过程中存在功能定义不清及技术要求不明确的问题。结合电控自动离合器系统的特点和实际使用情况,提出该系统的产品功能定义和相应的技术规范。为明确电控自动离合器系统研发目标,规范开发、测试及质量控制等研发环节提供了技术支撑。
The electronic control automatic clutch system is a system that can replace the manual transmission and can realize some automatic transmission function. This new type system hasn＇t been developed in the domestic production models. In the development process, the definition of function and technical requirements are not clear. In this paper, combined with the actual condition and characteristics of automatic clutch system, we propose the product function definition and technical specification of the system. Research results can provide the support to the electronic control automatic clutch system, and it can also determine R＆D goals, standardize the development, testing, quality control and other aspects of R＆D process.
