摘要
为使温度传感器能够满足变速器对信号的严格要求,在一款湿式双离合器自动变速器上进行温度传感器匹配开发。通过温度传感器信号芯片选型、接口电路匹配、温度信号识别及软件处理,满足了变速器控制单元(TCU)的控制及精度需求,经过台架和整车测试验证,温度传感器性能表现良好,选用的正温度系数(PTC)温度传感器可以应用在双离合器自动变速器上。
The temperature sensor is developed for a wet dual clutch transmission to meet the strict signal requirements. The temperature sensor meets TCU control requirements and precision through the chip type definition, circuit interface matching, temperature signal identification and software processing. In the bench test and vehicle test, the temperature sensor presents a good performance. Positive Temperature Coefficient （PTC） sensor is applied in the automatic dual clutch transmission.
