摘要
为了与当今汽车行业推行的工业4.0的基本要求相吻合,适应行业多品种柔性化生产模式的发展趋势,必须创建相应的产品制造质量保证机制。以国内某发动机企业的"透明化工厂"项目为例,介绍了在经过优化的"qs-STAT企业版统计分析软件"基础上,通过强化数据收集和分析,实现网络化生产过程实时监控技术的全过程。利用所建立的"质量数据可视化3层系统构架",更使企业中各级相关人员能方便与直观地对获得的数据进行评估。实践表明,将互联网技术渗入生产过程,并对从现场所获取的大量数据和信息进行分析与整合,形成了完整的PDCA质量环,不仅提高了产品的制造质量,也提升了企业现场的信息化水平。
In order to meet the basic requirements of industry 4.0 which is being implemented in automobile industry today, it is necessary to establish guarantee for the corresponding manufacturing quality to adapt to the trend of multi-variety flexible production mode. This paper takes "Transparent Plant" of an engine enterprises as an example, and introduces"qs-STAT statistical analysis software", which is based on the data collection and analysis, how to realize the network production process real-time monitoring technology, And, it's possible for the relevant personnel of enterprises to be able to easily and intuitively assess the acquisition data, by using the "quality data visualization three-layer system architecture". This practice fully shows that it's very significant to make the internet technology into the production process, and analyze and integrate a large number of data and information from the production scene, to form a complete PDCA closed-loop finally. The results not only improve the product manufacturing quality, but also enhance the information level at the production scene.
