加味通腑汤对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛影响的研究

Effect of Modified Tongfu Decoction on SOD and MDA of Rats with Ulcerative Colitis

目的:加味通腑汤对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)影响及其作用机制。方法:健康SD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、补脾益肠丸组、SASP组、加味通腑汤低剂量组、加味通腑汤中剂量组、加味通腑汤高剂量组。TNBS/乙醇法建立溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型。分组灌胃治疗后,检测溃结大鼠结肠组织SOD、MDA含量。结果:加味通腑汤低剂量组与补脾益肠丸组比较,SOD活性明显降低MDA含量升高(P<0.05);加味通腑汤低剂量组与SASP组比较,SOD活性明显降低MDA含量升高(P<0.05);加味通腑汤中剂量组与补脾益肠丸组比较,SOD活性增强MDA含量下降明显(P<0.05);加味通腑汤中剂量组与SASP组比较,SOD活性明显减低MDA含量升高(P<0.05);加味通腑汤大剂量组与补脾益肠丸组比较,SOD活性明显增强MDA含量下降明显(P<0.05);加味通腑汤大剂量组与SASP组比较,SOD活性略下降(P>0.05),MDA含量下降明显(P<0.05)。结论:加味通腑汤可以升高溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型结肠组织SOD活性,降低溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型结肠组织MDA含量,清除氧自由基,抑制脂质过氧化反应,减轻结肠组织黏膜损伤。

Objective： To research the effects and mechanism of SOD and MDA of Modified Tongfu Decoction on rats with ulcerative colitis. Method： SD healthy rats were randomly divided into blank control group,model group,Bupi Yichang Pill group,SASP group,Modified Tongfu Decoction low-dose group,Modified Tongfu Decoction medium-dose group,Modified Tongfu Decoction high-dose group. All rats were TNBS/Ethanol way to establish ulcerative colitis rat model. After intragastric administration,detect colon tissue of ulcerative colitis rat SOD and MDA content. Results： Modified Tongfu Decoction low-dose group＇s SOD activity significantly decreased and MDA content increased compared with those of the Bupi Yichang Pill group（ P〈0. 05）. Modified Tongfu Decoction low-dose group＇s SOD activity significantly decreased and MDA content increased compared with that of the SASP group（ P〈0. 05）. Modified Tongfu Decoction medium-dose group＇s SOD activity increased and MDA content decreased significantly compared with that of the Bupi Yichang Pill group（ P〈0. 05）. Modified Tongfu Decoction medium-dose group＇s SOD activity significantly decreased and MDA content increased compared with that of the SASP group（ P〈0. 05）. Modified Tongfu Decoction high-dose group＇s SOD activity significantly increased and MDA content decreased significantly compared with that of the Bupi Yichang Pill group（ P〈0. 05）. Modified Tongfu Decoction high-dose group＇s SOD activity slightly decreased（ P〉0. 05） and MDA content decreased significantly compared with those of the SASP group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Modified Tongfu Decoction can increase the SOD activity and decrease the MSA content of model colon tissue in ulcerative colitis rats,scavenge oxygen free radicals,inhibit lipid peroxidation and reduce colon mucosal injury.
