摘要
目的:建立直肠癌的蛋白质相互作用网络,并分析直肠癌方剂的组方规律,从基因蛋白质角度对接。方法:收集并筛选《肿瘤方剂大辞典》中主治直肠癌的方剂,录入中医传承辅助系统,利用改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析直肠癌方剂的组方规律。结果:对筛选出的125首治疗直肠癌的方剂进行分析,确定处方中药物出现的频次,演化得到核心组合32个,新处方16个。结论:应用数据挖掘方法总结直肠癌方剂组成,可以发现组方规律,为临床用药提供依据。
Objective: To establish the protein interaction network in rectal carcinoma and analyze its composition rule from gene and protein. Methods: To collect and screen the formulae treating rectal carcinoma in the Formulae Dictionary in Cancer. And type them into the adjuvant inheriting system of traditional Chinese medicine. And then analyze the composition rule of the formulae to treat rectal carcinoma. Complicated clustering analysis of entropy and unsupervised clustering analysis of entropy were used in this study to explore the composition rule in the treatment of rectal carcinoma. Results: One hundred and twenty-five prescriptions treating rectal carcinoma were analyzed. The frequency of the used herbal medicine was obtained. Thirty-two herb pairs were established and sixteen new prescriptions were acquired. Conclusion: Digging prescriptions with data mining method can help to establish new composition rule in the treatment of rectal carcinoma and provide the evidence.
