不同年限不同部位亳白芍的指纹图谱研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:建立不同年限、不同部位亳白芍的色谱指纹图谱分析方法,为科学评价白芍质量、规范采收加工过程提供依据。方法:Kromasil C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温35℃;检测波长:230 nm;进样量:10μL;流速:1 m L·min^(-1);流动相:乙腈(A)-0.01%磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱。结果:不同年限不同部位亳白芍的芍药苷含量均符合《中华人民共和国药典》标准。10批样品的指纹图谱有9个共有峰,相似度在0.992~1.000。结论:随着生长年限的增加,芍药苷含量及指纹图谱主成分含量均逐渐减少。采收亳白芍应以生长2~3年者为好,且应保留细根入药。 Objective: To set up the chromatographic fingerprint analysis method of different years and different parts of Paeoniae Radix Alba produced in Bozhou in order to provide the basis for scientific quality evaluation of Paeoniae Radix Alba and standard process. Methods: Kromasil C18 chromatographic column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm). Column temperature: 35 ℃. Detection wavelength: 230 nm. Injection volume: 10 μL. The flow rate: 1 m L·min^-1. Mobile phase: acetonitrile( A)-0. 01% phosphoric acid solution( B),gradient elution. Results: The paeoniflorin contents of different years and different prats of Paeoniae Radix Alba produced in Bozhou were accord with pharmacopoeia standard. The fingerprints of 10 batches samples had nine common peaks and the similarity were in 0. 992 - 1. 000. Conclusions: With the increase of growth period,the content of paeoniflorin and fingerprint principal component gradually decreased. The quality of Paeoniae Radix Alba produced in Bozhou over 2 - 3 years was better. Paeoniae Radix Alba produced in Bozhou over 2 - 3years can be harvested and fine root should be used as the medicine.
