摘要
骨髓是出生后人体最大的造血器官,全血细胞产生的场所,对人体具有重要意义。目前以体外组织培养系统的2D模型或转基因、免疫缺陷动物模型难以真正构建人体三维骨髓微环境。从3D骨髓文章模型优势入手,以支架材质、分子和中药或其单体探讨如何优化骨髓模型,并从今后3D骨髓模型应用和前景进行综合论述。
Bone marrow is the largest hematopoietic organs after birth. It produces all full spectrum of hematopoiesis in normal and has great significance to human body. At present,tissue culture system in vitro,transgenic or immune deficiency animal models are difficult to build real 3D bone marrow microenvironment. In this review,we discussed the advantages of 3D bone marrow system over 2D system,and various factors including scaffold materials,molecules,traditional chinese herb or monomer from traditional Chinese herbs which may enhance the 3D bone marrow systems. We also discussed its possible applications and prospection in future.
