养正消积胶囊对胃癌组织Foxp3基因和相关细胞因子表达的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨养正消积胶囊对胃癌组织Foxp3mRNA、scurfin蛋白及血清Il-10、TGF-β1表达的影响。方法:用皮下注射法造模成功后,分为模型组、养正消积胶囊组、5FU组、联合组,另设正常组,每组10只。分别用免疫荧光定量、蛋白质印迹、酶联免疫吸附法进行Foxp3mRNA、scurfin蛋白、IL-10、TGF-β1的检测。结果:养正消积胶囊组、联合组Foxp3mRNA、scurfin蛋白、IL-10、TGF-β1的表达较模型组明显降低,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养正消积胶囊能抑制Foxp3mRNA、scurfin蛋白以及IL-10和TGF-β1的表达,逆转肿瘤免疫逃逸,起到抗癌作用。 Objective: To explore the intervention of expression of Foxp3 mRNA,scurfin protein in gastric carcinoma tissure and IL-10 and TGF-β1 in serum after using Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule. Methods: MFC tumor bearing 615 mice models were established by inoculated subcutaneously way and randomly divided into 4 groups: model group,Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule group,5FU group,comprehensive treatment group. Each group had 10 mice and normal group also had10 mice. Use RT-PCR and Western Blot to detect the expression levels of Foxp3 mRNA and scurfin protein of transplanted tumor tissue. Use ELISA to detect the expression levels of IL-10 and TGF-β1 in serum. Results: The expressions of Foxp3 mRNA,scurfin protein,IL-10 and TGF-β1 of 615 mice in model group,Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule group and comprehensive treatment group were lower than those in model group( P〈0. 05). Conclusions: Yangzheng Xiaoji Capsule inhibits expressions of Foxp3 mRNA,surfin protein,IL-10 and TGF-β1 and reverse tumor immune escape for treating cancer.
