仙灵骨葆联合闭合复位空心钉固定手术治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效与安全性分析

Effect and Safety of Xianling Gubao Combined Closed Reduction and Cannulated Screw Fixation on Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture

目的:探究仙灵骨葆联合闭合复位空心钉固定手术治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效并分析其并发症情况。方法:将2014年1月—2016年1月期间的86例股骨颈骨折患者随机分成观察组与对照组,观察组采用仙灵骨葆联合闭合复位空心钉固定手术治疗,对照组采用单纯的闭合复位空心钉固定手术治疗,比较两组的骨折愈合时间、L2-4椎体骨密度、Harris优良率以及并发症。结果:观察组的骨折愈合时间明显的短于对照组;治疗1、3个月后,观察组的骨密度明显的优于对照组;观察组半年后的Harris优良率明显的高于对照组;观察组股骨头坏死的发生率明显的少于对照组;上述比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:仙灵骨葆联合闭合复位空心钉固定手术治疗股骨颈骨折,显著的提高了骨密度,促进了骨折愈合,提高了髋关节恢复的优良率。

Objective： To explore the clinical effect of Xianlinggubao combined with closed reduction and hollow nail fixation for treatment of femoral neck fractures and to analyze the complications. Methods： From January 2014 to January2016,86 patients with femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with Xianlinggubao combined with closed reduction and hollow screw fixation,while the control group was treated with simple closed reduction screw fixation. Fracture healing time,L2-4 vertebral bone mineral density,Harris excellent rate and complications were compared between the two groups. Results： The fracture healing time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group; After 1 and 3 months of treatment,the BMD in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group; Six months later,Harris excellent rate in the observation group of was significantly higher than the control group; The incidence of femoral head necrosis in the observation group was significantly lower than in the control group; The above-mentioned differences were all significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of fracture of femoral neck with Xianlinggubao combined with closed reduction and hollow nail fixation significantly improved the bone density,promoted the healing of fracture and improved the recovery rate of the hip joint.
