摘要 目的:通过测定11个不同产地石膏中无机元素含量及对其无机元素进行分析,为建立一种以石膏解热药效为评价指标的质量控制方法提供依据。方法:使用微波消解法对石膏进行快速消解,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱对11个不同产地石膏无机元素进行半定量测定,运用MPP软件对结果进行聚类分析及主成分分析,找出11个不同产地石膏的亲缘关系以及差异元素。对11个不同产地石膏差异元素进行全定量测定,运用MPP软件对结果进行聚类分析,结合半定量测定结果,对11个不同产地石膏的差异元素及亲缘关系进行分析。结果:石膏中含有Na、Mg、Al、K、Ca、V、Cr、Fe(56)、Fe(57)等32种无机元素,产地山东与产地青海的石膏亲缘关系较近,产地江苏与产地四川的石膏相距较近,产地云南与产地安徽的石膏相距较近,11个产地石膏的差异元素为Mg、Al、K、Ca、V、Mn。结论:11个不同产地石膏中无机元素含量有较大的相似度,其差异元素共有6种,6种差异元素之间的差异可以代表不同产地石膏之间的差异,为建立一种以石膏的差异元素判定石膏质量、药效的方法提供了依据。 Objective: To detect and analyze the inorganic components contents of gypsum from different origins to provide a evidence for quality control methods. Methods: Use microwave digestion method for rapid digestion of gypsum and adopt ICP-MS for semi-quantitative determination of inorganic elements in gypsum from 11 different origins. Use MPP software for data clustering analysis and principal component analysis to identify the kinship elements as well as different inorganic elements in gypsum from 11 different origins. And then adopt ICP-MS for fully quantitative determination of inorganic elements in gypsum from 11 different origins and use MPP software for data clustering analysis. By combining with semi-quantitative measurement results,identify the kinship elements as well as different inorganic elements in gypsum from 11 different origins. Results: Gypsum contains 32 kinds of inorganic elements,such as Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,V,Cr,Fe( 56),Fe( 57). In kinship,the gypsum from Shandong and Qinghai is similar,that from Sichuan and Jiangsu is similar and that from Yunnan and Anhui is similar. The different elements in gypsum from 11 different origins are Mg,Al,K,Ca,V and Mn. Conclusion: The inorganic elements in gypsum from 11 different origins have a greater degree of similarity and 6 kinds of different inorganic elements. The differences among these 6 kinds of different inorganic elements can represent the difference among gypsum from 11 different origin,providing a basis for establishing a method to evaluate the quality and efficacy of gypsum by its different elements.
