摘要
研制了一台激光二极管面阵三向侧面泵浦Φ3 mm×55 mm Nd∶YAG的激光放大器。使用Zemax光学设计软件建立了激光二极管面阵三向对称侧面泵浦棒状Nd∶YAG的模型,给出了放大器的储能和小信号增益的数学表达式,并进行了实验研究。结果表明:激光放大器有着均匀的荧光分布,当重复频率为100 Hz,泵浦功率为1.8 k W时,Nd∶YAG放大器的小信号增益为23。
This paper developed a Nd∶YAG( Φ3 mm × 55 mm) laser amplifier adopted laser diode planar-array 3-D pumping. Zemax optical design software is used for building up the laser-diode planar-array 3-D symmetrical side-pumped rod-shaped Nd∶YAG model; mathematical expressions involved with energy storage and small signal gain of the amplifier are presented and the relevant experimental study is also carried out. The fluorescence is evenly distributed in the laser amplifier.When the pump power is 66. 32 k W under 100 Hz repetition frequency,Nd∶YAG amplifier's small signal gain increases by 23 times.
