区域创新系统绿色创新效率的空间分布及收敛性研究 被引量:20

摘要 本文运用Super-SBM-Windows效率评价方法对2005~2014年我国区域创新系统绿色创新效率进行了评价,利用ESDA方法深入分析了我国区域创新系统绿色创新效率的空间分布特征,同时采用空间误差面板模型检验其收敛性。研究表明:1我国区域创新系统绿色创新效率呈现从东部、中部到西部由高到低的阶梯式发展格局,绝大部分区域创新系统绿色创新效率呈逐年增长趋势,而且各省级之间的绿色创新效率差异程度在逐渐缩小;2我国区域创新系统绿色创新效率在空间分布上存在明显的空间聚集效应,这种聚集效应主要表现在低值区域,而高值区域的辐射带动作用还很有限;3我国区域创新系统绿色创新效率存在明显的绝对β收敛趋势。 Green innovation efficiency in our country provincial regional innovation system from the year 2005 to 2014 is evaluated using the Super-SBM-Windows efficiency evaluation method;the spatial distribution characteristics of green innovation efficiency in our country provincial regional innovation system are analyzed by the exploratory spatial data analysis method;at the same time the convergence is tested using the space error panel model.Research shows that:①green innovation efficiency in our country provincial regional innovation system presents the cascade development pattern from high to low during eastern,central and west,the green innovation efficiency in the majority of provincial regional innovation system shows a trend of increasing year by year,and the degree of green innovation efficiency difference between provincials is narrowing;②our provincial regional innovation system in the spatial distribution of the green innovation efficiency are space crowding effect obviously,the aggregation effect mainly displays in the low-value area and the radiating and driving play of high value area is limited;③absolute β convergence trend of green innovation efficiency in our country provincial regional innovation system is obvious.
