摘要
文章运用文献分析法、问卷调查法、探索性因子分析法构建了适用于我国图书馆的共享领导量表。应用此量表对我国272名图书馆馆员做问卷调查,结果显示我国图书馆共享领导水平不高,尤其在权责共享方面比较欠缺。最后从营造共享领导文化环境、授权、采取多种方法、外部教练指导等方面提出了开发共享领导的策略。
This article, applying the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and exploratory factor analysis, constructs a shared leadership scale that is suitable for domestic libraries, which consists of five dimensions including sixteen items. It makes a questionnaire survey with this scale on 272 librarians and draws the conclusion that the shared leadership level in domestic libraries is low especially in the aspect of rights and responsibilities sharing. In the end, this article puts forward a series of strategies to develop shared leadership from the aspects of creating a shared leadership culture environment, authorization, adopting a variety of methods and external coaching, etc.
