摘要
目的探讨血清尿酸(UA)及β2微球蛋白(B2M)水平与冠脉病变程度的关系。方法根据Gensini评分冠心病(CHD)患者被分为A组(305例、<20分),B组(203例、20~40分),C组(153例、>40分),经冠脉造影被排除CHD为对照组(244例),分析UA及B2M水平。结果 CHD组UA(353±41)μmol/L及B2M(2.41±0.73)mg/L水平高于对照组(271±38)μmol/L、(1.73±0.49mg/L)(P<0.05)。血清UA及B2M在A组(318±32)μmol/L、(2.12±0.41)mg/L、B组(341±37)μmol/L、(2.53±0.68)mg/L、C组(382±41)μmol/L、(3.13±1.12)mg/L比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),与Gensini积分均呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 UA及B2M水平与冠脉病变程度有一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid ( UA ) and beta 2 microsphere protein (B2M)levels and the severity of coronary artery disease. Methods Coronary heart disease(CHD)patients were divided into group A(305 cases,〈20 scores),group B(203 cases、20-40 scores),group C(153 cases、〉40 scores)according to Gensini score. CHD was excluded by coronary angiography as the control group(244 Cases). UA and B2M levels were analyzed. Results The UA(353 ±41)μmol/L and B2M(2.41 ±0.73)mg/L level of CHD group were higher than thoseof the control group(271 ±38)μmol/L、(1. 73 ± 0. 49)mg/L(P〈0. 05). The comparison of serum UA and B2M in group A(318 ± 32)μmol/L、(2. 12 ± 0. 41) mg/L、group B(341 ±37)μmol/L、(2.53 ±0.68)mg/L、group C(382 ±41)μmol/L、(3.13 ±1.12)mg/L,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0. 01),and were all positively correlated with Gensini score(P〈0. 01). Conclusion There is a cer-tain correlation between the levels of UA and B2M and the severity of coronary artery disease.
