某院2013-2015年中药注射剂用药现状分析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in a Hospital between 2013 and 2015

目的了解我院中药注射剂的应用特点和用药趋势,评估合理应用情况,为用药管理提供依据。方法以用药频度分析方法评估我院2013年至2015年中药注射剂的应用情况,评价药物使用频度和用药费用的合理性。结果中药注射剂用药费用总体呈上升的趋势,2013年至2015年中药注射剂用药费用分别占全年药品费用的6.50%、6.20%、6.12%,我院各类中药注射剂使用比例结构日趋合理,活血类中药注射剂使用最为广泛。结论我院中药注射剂临床用药管理效果较好,中药注射剂使用较为合理,但仍需加强中药注射剂合理用药监测、督促临床医师对中药注射剂的辨证用药,以提高疗效、降低不良反应。

Objective To understand the characteristics and trend of the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital,to evaluate the rational use of drugs,and to provide the basis for drug administration. Method The frequency analysis method was used to evaluate the application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital between 2013 and 2015,and to evaluate the rationality of drug use frequency and cost. Results The cost of traditional Chinese medicine injections showed an overall upward trend. From 2013 to 2015,the cost of traditional Chinese medicine injections respectively accounted for 6. 50%, 6. 20%,and 6. 12%of the annual drug costs. The proportion structure of all kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital was becoming more and more reasonable. Among them,the traditional Chinese medicine injection forpromoting blood circu-lation was the most widely used. Conclusions The effect of clinical drug administration of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital is better. The use of traditional Chinese medicine injections is quite reasonable. However,we still need to strengthen monitoring in the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections,and urge clinicians to use traditional Chinese medicine in-jections bysyndrome differentiationin order to improve the efficacy and reduce adverse reactions.
