枸地氯雷他定片联合自体全血穴位注射治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets Combined with Acupoint Injection of Autologous Whole Blood in Patient with Chronic Urticaria

目的观察自体全血穴位注射联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法将136例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组68例。治疗组使用自体全血穴位注射联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗,对照组单独使用枸地氯雷他定片治疗,疗程2个月。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为91.18%和70.59%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组和对照组复发率分别为24.44%和87.88%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自体全血穴位注射联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著,且能有效降低慢性荨麻疹的复发率。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint injection of autologous whole blood combined with desloratadine citrate disodium tablets in treating chronic urticaria. Methods 136 cases of chronic urticaria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,68 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupoint injection of autolo-gous whole blood combined with desloratadine citrate disodium tablets,while the control group was treated with desloratadine citrate disodium tablets alone for 2 months. Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 91. 18% and 70. 59%, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 01）. Recurrence rates were 24. 44% and 87. 88% in the treatment group and the control group,respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Acupoint injec-tion of autologous whole blood combined with desloratadine citrate disodium tablets has significant effect in the treatment of chronic urticaria,and can reduce the recurrence rate of chronic urticaria effectively.
