摘要
点焊机因其技术可靠、成本低、效率高及方法简单等优点被广泛应用于工业领域。但传统焊接方式采用固定式手工焊接,存在效率低、劳动强度大、焊接点位置精度不高及焊接过程难以控制等缺点,因此难以达到要求的工艺及精度。基于西门子S7-200系列PLC设计一套点焊机控制系统。该电焊机的工作台的旋转和进退等运动,采用PLC控制,步进电动机驱动,因此具有很高的控制精度及较强的实用性,可实现平面复杂焊点的全自动焊接;同时工件参数可通过触摸式人机界面与PLC进行交互,可在线修改工艺过程,实现加工过程全自动化。
Spot welder is widely used in the field of modern industry because of its reliable technology, low cost, high efficiency and simple approach. But it is difficult to meet the required process and precision due to the disadvantages of low efficiency, the high labor intensity, the low welding point location precision, the uncon- trolled weaknesses and so on by the traditional fixed manual welding way. A set of spot welding machine control system based on Siemens $7-200 series PLC is mainly studied. The rotation, advance, and retreat movements of the workbench are driven by the step motors and the special controller, so it has high control precision and strong practicality, and automatic welding on complex plane can be achieved. Meanwhile, the workpiece param- eters can be interacted with the PLC through the touch human-machine interface, and the process can be modi- fied online, the fully automated machining process can be realized.
