摘要 设计了一套基于LabVIEW和Agilent 34972A数据采集仪的电加热温度控制系统,用于对防除冰对象的表面温度进行监测与控制。以LabVIEW软件为设计基础,PC、Agilent 34972A、温度传感器与功率控制器共同构成监控系统。通过数据采集仪内置的LAN接口与PC通信,利用LabVIEW上位机软件,实现采集的温度数据实时显示和存储。针对飞机电热防除冰系统,设计开发了周期性加热和设定温度区间加热两种模式。实验结果表明,基于Agilent 34972A搭建的测控系统构造简便,采用LabVIEW的在线编程与控制,操作便捷,提高了测量精度和测量效率。两种加热控制模式能够自由切换,对航空工程领域电热防除冰测控系统的设计开发具有参考价值。 In order to monitor and control the surface temperature of anti-icing/deicing object, an electro-ther- mal temperature measurement and control system is designed based on LabVIEW and Agilent 34972A data ac- quisition instrument. On the basis of LabVIEW software, the system is composed of PC, Agilent 34972A, tem- perature sensors and power controller. The communication between PC and built-in LAN interface in Agilent 34972A is established. And the display and storage of temperature data acquired by Agilent 34972A are imple- mented conveniently in real time. Aiming at the aircraft electro-thermal anti-icing/deicing system, two modes of the periodic electro-heating and the setting-temperature-range electro-heating are designed and developed. The tests show that the system constructed based on Agilent 34972A is simple, meanwhile measurement accuracy and measurement efficiency are improved. Based on the LabVIEW programming and control online, the system operation is convenient and the two heating control methods can be switched freely. Besides, the experimental results can provide some references for the design and development of measurement and control system of elec- tro-thermal anti-icing/deicing in the aviation engineering application field.
