摘要
磁纳米温度计有望为肿瘤热疗中无法准确测量人体内部组织与细胞温度的难题提供一种解决途径,然而磁纳米温度计在实际应用中由于直流磁场的非均匀性和波动导致测量误差大,稳定性差。针对直流磁场均匀性低所引起的测量误差较大、稳定性差的问题,设计了一种基于LabVIEW开发平台的直流磁场发生装置。实验表明该磁场发生装置的磁场波动小于0.04%,可满足磁纳米温度计测温误差小于0.1 K的磁场要求,改善了温度测量的精度和稳定性。
The magnetic nanometer thermometer is expected to solve the problem about the accurate temperature measurement in the internal tissues and cells of the human body which the hyperthermia can't achieve. In a practical application,there are still some problems such as the low measurement accuracy and poor stability of the magnetic nanometer thermometer because of the non-uniformity and fluctuation of the DC magnetic field. On the basis of LabVIEW platform,a DC magnetic field generating device is proposed in order to solve the problems caused by low homogeneity and poor stability of DC magnetic field. Experimental results show that the magnetic field fluctuation of the magnetic field generating device is less than 0. 04%,which meets the requirements that the measurement error of magnetic nanometer thermometer is less than0. 1 K. At the same time,it improves the accuracy and stability of temperature measurement.
